The National Science Foundation awarded Scattering Solutions two Phase I and a Phase IB Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants for work in Surface Light Scattering Spectroscopy. The ultimate goal of this work is to develop methods for (1) screening pharmaceutical compounds and measuring their ability to penetrate the gastro-intenstinal tract and (2) measuring surface tension at high temperature and pressure to enable Enhanced Oil Recovery.
